How We’re Serving Our Community:

At Willow Creek by PersonalEyes, we’re committed to providing our patients with high-quality services and products to help them see clearly today, tomorrow, and for the rest of their lives. Unfortunately, we had to restrict our appointments in response to COVID-19, but during this time, we’ve been fortunate enough to be able to continue helping patients with urgent eye care needs, while also developing a plan to reopen safely and responsibly.

With that said, we’re happy to announce that our office is open again to see patients! If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call us at 503-610-4318.

How We’re Keeping You Safe:

We understand how important healthy vision is to living a full life, and we also understand that during these times the health of your family is a top priority whenever you leave home. We want our patients to know we’re doing everything we can to provide you and your family with a safe, clean environment.

For your safety and ours, the following guidelines will be implemented at our office:

  • To ensure proper social distancing, we’ll be spacing out appointments and adjusting our waiting room layout.
  • Appropriate protective equipment (masks, gloves, etc.) is required for all staff, masks are required for patients, and we’ll be doing temperature checks for everyone who enters the office.
  • We’ve put in place a strict sanitation routine, which now includes wiping down rooms before and after exams as well as surfaces, door handles, and other high-traffic areas.

What to Expect at Your Appointment:

Our staff is still ready to walk you through every step of your vision journey while doing our part to keep you safe! As we begin seeing more patients, here’s what you can expect from all of us here:

When you arrive, you’ll find the same friendly faces you’ve come to know, ready to greet you and help get you access to the best eye care in Portland. We do ask that you please limit the number of people you bring to your appointment to help us meet social distancing requirements.

All patients will be required to wear a mask. If you don’t have one, we’ll be happy to provide you with one. We’ll also be taking every patient’s temperature and conducting a pre-exam health survey to screen you for any signs of illness. For your safety, we will thoroughly clean and sanitize pre-screening rooms and exam areas before and after every appointment.

If you would like to try on frames following your eye exam, a member of our staff will collect the frames you wish to try on. To keep our patients safe, frames will be cleaned before and after each use.
